Joe is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and the Clermont and Hamilton County areas.  He attended Archbishop McNicholas High School, received a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Cincinnati, and later went on to graduate third in his class from Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of Law.
